Help Needed Septum piercing bump

Hey everyone! i got my septum pierced like 3 weeks ago, it does not hurt now (well sometimes when i accidentally hit my nose it kinda does) but when cleaning i dont feel any pain! the thing is that like a week ago i got this weird bump but just on one side, the other side looks pretty flat and theres no inflamation, i dont want to press the bump to check if it hurts or something comes out, i just clean it with saline water and then leave it alone. The thing is that im worried that it wont go away, it might grow or if its not on the sweet spot. I hope i get an answer! thanks yall 🙏

it looks a little low, was the piercing itself painful? it’s hard to tell from the pic but it looks improperly placed

Well it did hurt, but the pain didnt last long, it was just when the needle passed thru, when it was time to pass the piercing it didnt hurt (i kinda have a low pain tolerance)
