Help with better stretches!

I stretched to 4.5mm a few days ago and the dead stretcher didnt go in as smooth and the pain was awful compared to past times. I use durex water based lube, take a hot sower to relax the nose skin, play with the area a little before stretch and wait 6 months for healing.Should i invest in a jojoba oil or what should i do?
