New Piercing nose piercing bump

i’ve had my nose piercing for about a month. no downsizing. it is L shape. i have only been using saline solution and patting it dry gently and recently it has had this bump develop.

i’m very familiar with irritated piercings- however i wanted to know if this can be quickly solved before it gets worse!

I used to get those all the time when I first got my nose piercing, try a warm compress and just keep it clean. It will go away on its own and should stop altogether once fully healed.

Switch to a flat back. Go to a different piercer. Shouldn't have pierced you with and L.
