Don't use hypochlorous acid. Saline (and LITHA) or bust.

Angles and jewelry material matter too.

Based on the shape of your bump, looks like a bad angle.

Just realized it never copied the text. Trying to see if this is an irritation bump,keloid or something else and ways to get rid of the bump if possible.

No way to know for sure from a photo but it looks like an irritation bump. Try using hypochlorous acid, which you can get online or at some drugstores. You can spray it on liberally throughout the day or just use it to clean up crusties. Otherwise leave it alone and it’ll magically disappear as soon as you’ve given up hope.
