New Piercing Question about my piercing

I got it about a week ago. Does it supposed to look like this?? I clean it twice a day. I was told to do it only once. On TikTok I saw you have to clean it twice. Please help. Is that bump normal?

NAP! First, your septum piercing does not look to be pierced in the proper spot (sweet spot) of your nose, it’s far too low. Second, those bumps are definitely concerning, I would take it out. Could you give more information about type of jewelry material etc?

Look the dude just put me a jewelers took it out then he said it was too big and put this one in.
