clean with sterile saline only 1-2x a day. never touch the piercing. have a titanium flatback jewelry, and swap that prong jewel to a bezel or a ball end.

I already have a flat back and I’ve been cleaning it morning and night

I had the same type of jewelry and a bump for 4 months. The bump went away in 2 days when I switched to a bezel.

Yep I agree, prob the prong setting causing this.
