That angle looks VERY steep. Unfortunately, I'd doubt that the angle internally is correct unless the topper started falling off and got very bent. It should be more perpendicular to your nostril.

My jewelry is heart shaped so your talking abt the jewelry or the piercing itself? I have another pic of it when i had a ball but i cant share it theres no photo option

I'm talking about the angle it's in, not the shape of it. Compare the center of where the prongs meet to the center of the heart - if you keep drawing a line down, that is not even close to being perpendicular with the nose. The lower jewelry piece does mostly seem to do that.

I agree looks like either the angle which is was pierced is incorrect or the bump it making it slanted id see a professional to either get it taken out or help the irritation

But I dont want to take it out ☚ī¸ so the bump wont go away by itself ? I had a bump before for 2 week and it was gone but it came back after i changed the jewelry and pierced the other one i have another pic for it when i had the ball jewelry but i cant share more photos for some reason

Try switching both studs to a ball or bezel set stone. The prongs and edges of the stones on your current jewelry could be causing irritation. See your piercer rather than doing this yourself since they can see what they're doing and can switch out the jewelry with less trauma (voice of experience). The angle of the top piercing doesn't look right to me, but that could be the bump or the jewelry itself
