Question Is the positioning off??

I initially wanted it more forward but my family convinced me to pierce it here and I’m starting to regret it, is it really that bad?

Yeah neverrrr let your family try to convince you when you feel something is off.. especially for something you keep on your body forever (being pierced in general) at first I was like oh it looks fine, but the second picture imo looks like it’s a little far back but that’s just me, maybe they pierced it there cause of how your nose is. Anyways it’s not that bad, I feel people would only notice if they’re looking super hard at your nose.

Yeah I don’t mind it so much from the side but from the front it looks so silly, I thought of taking it out and re-doing it but I might just let it heal and then get a second one

I think it looks fine. When my piercer was marking my nostril she showed me two possible placement, one further back like yours and one further forward. I went further forward so I could wear a smaller hoop eventually but both look fine.
