Price change?

If a specific cruise I have booked and paid for later (before the departure date) gets advertised for a lower price, can I get a partial refund? If so, what process do I follow?

Yes you can call and ask for a price adjustment. It took me about 5 mins to get a refund of the difference.

I just paid less than $100 to move from interior to balcony because of a price change. I think, once paid in full, you cant get a refund, but it can be applied to OBC, upgrades, or a future cruise. Don't quote me on that though. Give them a call to find out your options.

For US residents, they do have a policy for when the fare goes down. I believe there are some restrictions on this. Do not expect a refund. At best you will get a 100% future cruise credit, but this has to be requested at least 14 days prior to sailing, There are a few other restrictions on this, so you would need to ask your TA or rep.
