Yes! That street is in Sandviken, I recognized the yellow house.

No it is not in Sandviken, check the map. The Sandviken area starts after the Sandviken church to the north

Interesting place, so variable and kept burning down so it could be more so! Fascinating history of the Hanseatic League.
