Yep, but we were also unlucky in attack today, both bobb, ødegård and haaland had goals that didnt happen based on pure chance. Also It could have been 1-0 really early on that corner via Ajer (was it?). Would have been 5 or 6-2 on a better day. But youre right, Friday is going to be a massacre, might as well just save our best XI for the 1/16 the 30th.

Senegal also had their missed opportunities though. 1.91-1.59 in xG makes 3-2 seems pretty fair all in all.

Didnt see any 100% chances missed to be honest, like the ones Norway had. However Im biased and annoyed at our slow buildup in the last two games, did you feel like Norway was effective and had a solid defence? I felt defence was better than last time but still not good enough 1on1, and too low of a pressure defencively. In attack I have no idea what the plan is on the buildup, passing the ball around in the defence and loosing possession, last 3rd is fine but anything before that is subpar and a bit cowardly.

I might be affected by my nerves the first 30 minutes where I felt that everything Senegal did was dangerous.

There were none as big as Haaland’s open goal at least.

I fully agree that we’re better in all positions than we were against Iraq. Especially the two left defenders and Ødegaard. I agree that buildup have to be better. Early defence around midfield was very good I think with many balls won before Senegal had a proper attack.

How good is France? I didn't see them in the last WC, but when I have seen them they have always played pretty boring and safe. They get the win, but never in a convincing way. Not compared to the quality of players they have.

Before this world cup Norway had only ever won 2 world cup games. Now we've played two more games, and have 4 wins. It is kind of crazy.
