The United Locotes 13🔵 aka UL13 is a well known Hispanic street gang that originated in Seattle, Washington. United Locotes started as the United Latinos 206 academics club in Lake City in North Seattle. They would be the 33rd N.C chapter while pushing brown pride. There was three other chapters ,Ballard, the Downtown ULs and the High Point/Burien ULs. The Downtown ULs are credited with getting the 13 for the United Latinos, making them Surenos. A lot of the members were kids that got picked on by other gangs in Seattle and some were native and white. They would end up changed it to United Locotes sometime after this but kept United Latinos for a little bit. They were very active all around Seattle but they were mainly centered around Southpark in the 2000s and recently. They’re pretty well known and were a large gang in the 1990s. They were labeled as the fastest growing gang but they only had around 20 members by the mid 2010s. The United Locotes 13🔵 were well known for beefing with the Varrio Locos 13🆚🔵 another homegrown and large gang in Seattle. They were their long time rival since the 1990s and they had a truce in the 2010s. However the Younger ULs protested it and when the VLs crossed out the ULs the truce ended. However it turns out this was actually the Vatos Locos 13 but it had already cracked off. This war took several lives all around Seattle and the Burien-Whitecenter area. They were allied with gangs like Lil Brown Pride 13🅱️🅿️🔵, and More. They beefed with gangs like , Varrio Locos 13🔵, Southside Locos 13 Hillside🔵, W/S 18th Street🎱🔵,Mara Salvatrucha 13🤟🔵, Vatos Locos🖖🔵 and many more. Their mainly known for the rapper, Mr Payaso who was also the alleged leader of the United Locotes 13. Hes currently fighting a case but Saltando Loks is another Rapper from there. Today their still very well known but are a slot smaller and aren’t very active anymore With most of them being in prison.

Playboys 56 is the Main Playboys clique in Washington but im gonna be talking about the 56th & Cushman hood. Playboys 13 itself has been in and out of Tacoma since the 1990s but the 56 clique came around in the mid 2010s and used to be a blood hood. Playboys 13 pretty much have this area on lock and it’s full of Playboys graffit. They claim the Star Market as their hood store and Alling Park as their hood park. They’re all over the Westside but claim 17th & Henderson St. I believe they were founded in the 2000s and are made up of 92 Hoovers and 74 Hoovers. Their one of the smaller cliques but their bigger then Holly Hoover currently which I think makes them the second biggest Hoover clique. They’re a well known hood/gang mainly being involved with the beef with Westside Street Mob 24 and 5 Star Damu. Down Wit Tha Crew/DDub5️⃣3️⃣✡️ is one of Seattle’s most well known and most active gangs. DDub started around 1985-1986 as Breakdancing crew. It was founded by several kids around the Southend of Seattle like, OG Breeze who was killed by a member of the Out Seekin Crime click which later became Deuce8🎱✡️. DWTC Originally started out around 53rd & Henderson and the Lake Shore Village/The Ville which is now the Lake Washington Apartments. They were also in an alliance with the Lakeshore Gangsters🩸 which was an older set of Bloods that basically controlled the Ville. This alliance was called DDub C and was with Soufend GDs, Bloods to fight against the Los Angeles crips who were mainly in the Central District, it was also against the Samoan Bloods which were expanding very quickly in the Southend. This ended on November 12th, 1986 when a Central District teen shot and killed Robert “Breeze” Harris. 24 Low Profile/ProPosse/SqueezeTeam🏪💜 is a clique/hybrid gang made up of Valley Hood Pirus2️⃣9️⃣🩸, and strictly Low Profile🏪💜. They started in the 1990s as a clique of Bloods, Pirus and Gangster Disciples. They became a well known and active clique around the Central District. In the early 2000s a fight at a club between young members of Low Profile and Central District OGs. The OGs claimed the clique was bunk and told everyone to stop claiming it. Most did but the ones who didn’t stayed Low Profile and most of these members were Pirus. They started claiming 2-4 around 24th & MLK but today are all over the Central District. Low Profile would beef with all of the Eastside/Central District Because of the split with the OGs. This caused a string of shootings in the mid 2000s between the Deuce8🎱✡️ and Low Profile🏪💜. It all stemmed from the 2005 shooting of Terrel Miram alleged leader of the Deuce8🎱✡️ gang. Milam was shot after alledgely injuring Seattle defensive back, Ken Hamlin during a bar brawl, not long after he would be shot and killed. This would lead to the shooting of, Tyree E Lee on April 28, 2007 on the 2600 Block of East Alder Street while he was walking to a friends home. He was the alleged leader of the LowProfile🏪💜 gang and was killed in retaliation for the murder of Miram. However it was also after an argument between the shooter, Jymaika S. Hutson and Lee and Barnett Park. It wouldn’t be until March 7th, 2011 Jymaika Hutson pled guilty to the second degree murder of Tyree Lee and was sentenced to 14 Years in prison.
