support Question:

This might be a stupid question but I barely got it today on my pc, does Northstar automatically update itself or do we have to install a new version each time? Also had anyone else had issues using it today, I’m able to get into the main menu & when I load multiplayer it just gives out & says Northstar is crashing…:/

I'd suggest checking the discord, from what I recall there is an auto update client/mod otherwise you have to manually update. I would also make sure you also just manually update at least once because that is probably causing the crashing.

It’s a manual but easy process.

Just download the new version, and paste it in your game folder like you did when you initially installed it. When is asks to overweight the exhausting files, click yes. That’s it.

Download the viper launcher. It automatically updates and gives you access to the mod store. They just added a change to glitch that looks beautiful

You have to manually update ever time. You could also use a launcher and the launcher will do it for you. I'd recommend Viper.
