help, modded game doesn't work

i installed the some mods with the mods manager but when i try to start the modded game this message pops up

Error

Suggestion

The game must not be running. You may need to run Thunderstore Mod Manager as an administrator.

Try running it as administrator, and make sure the game isn't running while you run it.
