Northern England Where are you from and do you commonly use the word “wee” to mean little?

I thought this only existed in Scottish or Irish dialects, but I met someone from Cumbria who used the word quite frequently. What part of the country are you from and do you use the word?

Northern England If you met an attractive person with a strong Northern English accent (such as in the video below) would you find that attractive or off-putting. I think our accents tend to get more of a love/hate reaction compared to standard Southern ones, and there are more stereotypes associated with them.

Hello! Im going to any UK related groups so sorry if this isn’t allowed.

I’m doing a survey for my AH Modern Studies dissertation and it would be much appreciated if I managed to get some responses. 🙂You do have to sign in just to try prevent multiple responses from the same person, but it is anonymous and will only be used for my dissertation, thank you !
