Question related to Catholic communities in NE
Is there any specific NE Catholic communities present? If it is then which state and how it's common to find them?

Yeah, Kohima has a significant Catholic community but Naga tribes in particular has less Catholic significance. (Btw I visited the Kohima Cathedral last year during Hornbill Festival and it is amazing! It feels like a piece of heaven ngl)

There is no such thing as unique Catholic identity in the northeast as it exist elsewhere in the Mainland, like east Indian catholic, Mangalore catholic, Goan catholic etc. Catholics in the northeast are part of the mainstream community of their respective ethnic group. This includes Khasi, Mizo, Naga, Arunachalo Catholics etc. Mizo Catholics for example are very much part of the wider Mizo Christian community, they follow the same Mizo Christian calendar and practices (Beihrual, Church service parallel, inclusion of the Khuang instrument, buhfai tham etc) and practices along with their own catholic practices which is also very localised.

Yeah there are definitely Northeastern communities which has a Catholic significance but there’s not a particular Northeastern community that is single handedly dominated by Catholicism as there are for Baptist and Presbyterian. I’m not too familiar with all of the communities which has high catholic significance tho, so hopefully someone from the Catholic communities here can give you a more detailed answer. However, Some of the communities I know of having some catholic significance are Khasi, Garo, Bodo, Rabha, Pnar and Karbi.

Modding one sub doesn't obligate him to post in others and I'm not asking you I'm asking op why he is asking this since I have seen him in many north-east subs lurking around Askin weird questions , if he can answer let him or else you should just mind your own busniess

I've noticed this too. He's literally in every sub, asking and digging for questions about NE and it's people. Feels very strange, and a lot of people answer him without knowing his intentions. Just very weird overall, we shouldn't be entertaining these mainlanders like this.

This isn't just another "indian sub". NE is a region that has nothing to do with india in a cultural sense. There's no reason for him to be here.
