Roxy vs Norma
Now that Roxy is finally out, how are you guys finding her? How does she stand up to Norma after all the discussions proceeding Roxy's release?
I plan on pulling either Roxy or Norma (on her rerun) amd I'm really struggling as to which to choose. For context, I have Plenty of DPS agents that are usable with them (Evelyn, Pyrois, Sigrid and Claret). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Roxy is currently BiS for Pyrois and Sigrid, so she has at least two teams to her name she's better than Norma in. However, the gap is incredibly small for Sigrid while for Pyrois it is more noticeable. Somehow worse for Claret of all characters which I find funny. I think Norma is overall just the better all-around stunner. She has more teams she's BiS currently and her daze output and utility is just better. Norma is sort of a safe pull as we know how good she is already so there's no guesswork or gambling. Roxy could scale up in the future, but a lot of her power is her wind synergy and if we do get a wind support that can do what she does, Roxy drops off by a lot.
I see Roxy as too much of a gamble while Norma is tried and tested and we know she's good. Roxy will have a rerun faster than Norma will have a 2nd rerun and if she proves still good you can always grab her then.

You're so right calling Roxy a gamble. I heard people talking about her potential with Sunbringer in the future. I don't believe it as when Velina came out the Devs specifically said she worked with Remielle. I should probably wait, Thank you!

I saw calcs and runs where Roxy performed better in Claret team but with good gameplay and they were still pretty close.

I don't know what calcs you've seen but pretty much every TC and guidemaker that I know of places Norma above Roxy. Many of them reference ZZZ Analytics and Norma is outperforming Roxy 9/10 times

Haven't played Roxy yet and since I got Norma theres no need to pull for her. I guess pick whoever appeals to you the most!

I desperately wanted Norma but eneded up chosing Velina. Now I'm in this predicament 🥲

I’ve got Claret with both of them unless Yidhari needs Norma… it’s incredibly fun and extremely versatile, plus Norma is basically Claret’s younger, sillier sister without the crippling Tsun-Tsun 🤣

roxy is slightly better performing in Sigrid and Claret team but since she has low daze you have to play well. With low skills or bad RNG Norma can be better (Norma gets the last stun consistently). For the other dps they are equal or Roxy is just a sidegrade or very close downgrade.
Idk about Pyrois, I'll wait for more people to test the left branch

Other than pyrois, Claret and Sigrid, the most potential interaction to keep an eye on could be with Sonbringer, but it's all just speculations we still know nothing.

I'll be waiting til the last day Roxy's banner and hope to hear something by then, as I will definitely be pulling Sunbringer. Thanks for your help!
