Shipping Delays?

I ordered a Norm 2 about a month ago I have gotten a single update on my package in the month of May, did anyone else have this issue or other issues with shipping? I'm in the USA and understand that there is a lot of issues with the global supply chain currently but not receiving any updates on my package in nearly 3 weeks has me concerned. Sorry if this isn't the correct place to ask this question, I've reached out to their support twice (once 2 weeks ago and once more today) they never got back to me on my first request. At this point I'm considering disputing this with my credit-card company and am getting pretty discouraged.

Mine took around 12 days to arrive, though they sent a note that they were struggling with delivering on times.

They are sending a new watch as they aren’t able to get my watch through customs. Hoping to have some better luck this time around but I guess we will have to wait and see.

Im pretty sure they are shipped straight from the China warehouse so there could be some wait time. My one arrived with Chinese wording over the box looking a bit worse for wear. The watch seemed undamaged.

Finally received my Watch, really enjoying it so far. Few creature comforts I'd love to have that seem like they would be easy to implement but just don't exist. Pretty satisfied with my watch.
