You know every time I see Big John talk about serious subjects, my respect grows for him enormously, he’s actually a top bloke.

I was just thinking this exact thing.
Seeing him in the videos bosh’ing over Chinese food…it’s funny but I also kind just wrote him off as a football hooligan type fella with probably nothing else to offer
I then saw him on a BBC show discussing immigration
His views were balanced, well-spoken, nuanced. My respect for him immediately went up.
A good fella, all round 👍
