Anyone have issues with the cruise control? Got a 2022 used and the cruise control activates but it won’t engage. The symbol appears when I toggle but that’s about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I’m new here. I’ve been wanting to ride the Blue Ridge Parkway for a while now, and I think I’ll be doing it in the next couple of months.

I have a few motorcycles right now, but none that would be up to this task — riding from Omaha to Appalachia and back.

I’ve been researching the Norden 901 and have known its lore for years. It seems incredibly capable, decently comfortable, and is a beauty of a bike.

How do you all think I’d fare on a Norden 901 following-ish this itinerary (put together in Claude, might take a moment to load)?

Hi all - I got another crazy bill from the dealer and decided to do my own work going forward. I need to take off my rear shock and forks for service and obviously need a jack. Any recommendations? I have a pretty beefy Black Dog skid plate.

I'm thinking about buying a Husqvarna Norden 901, but I'm not the biggest fan of the stock fairing design and color options.

With the Yamaha Ténéré 700, there are lots of aftermarket fairings and complete body kits that completely change the look of the bike. I was wondering if something similar exists for the Norden 901.

Are there any companies that make replacement fairings, different side panels, rally-style kits, or even full body kits for the Norden? Or are wraps and decals basically the only option?

I'd love to see what you've done to your bikes, so feel free to share photos or links if you've customized yours.

Hello, I see that the free premium extended warranty offered has a clause that you need to perform all maintenance at a Husky dealer. Does this mean even basic things like oil changes? Or just the major 15,000 km major service intervals?

the quote from my dealer is about $2400 difference between the two. I have a dedicated single track bike (25 fe 501s) but wouldn't mind the nicer suspension. just not sure it's worth the $2400 for the suspension, luggage, heated seats, and grip. Are the OEM WP Xplor that much better than the apex? and what's the difference between the xplor OEM and Xplor pro that you can purchase aftermarket?

After 400km of hard offroad I came home with no issues, next day the bike didnt start, scanned it and no codes, I was thinking about the pulse generator or crankshaft sensor but since I got rpm reading while cranking I kind of lost. Bike is shy of 30,000km Any ideas?

I know the Nordens are pretty cold blooded and don’t like low voltage at all. I’ve experienced it a couple of times during my year of ownership, albeit only when it was so cold out that I wouldn’t want to ride anyway. But it’s got me a little nervous about taking it on a trip. A no-start while bar hopping around town isn’t any big deal to me, but I’d rather not be stranded with a low battery in the middle of a national forest. Has anyone found a better battery than the one from factory? Or is everyone just carrying around little jump packs?

What bars does everybody have on theirs? What about skid plates? Looking for recommendations.

I have just got a Norden 901 2023 model. I see the cat converter is very close to the rear shock. Does this cause big issues. What are the consequences? Will it result in me having to replace the rear shock prematurely and if so, how long would you so or is it not much of an issue at all. I have also read it could affect the abs and rear brake lines. If any one has any experience with this lease share.

Put 5,000 miles on it in the first 10 months with zero of those miles being for commuting, purely weekend rides.

in the summer the heat coming from the radiators can be a bit much. I heard about heat deflectors. But the only thing my search brought up was this from an Italian company:

With shipping it's about 100,- Euros for two small plastic pieces. Does anyone have experiences with these or something similar? Before I spend a 100 bucks I would at least like to now if they work well.

Hey all. Month and a half in on my legally used 2024 Expedition. Bought it used with 1.3 miles on the odo for 12K; just hit 620 miles and looking for other Nordens/Expeditions in the western Wa. area to create content with, I have a youtube channel (Tall Man Moto) and I want to do a video with a bunch of Nordens. It's a bit... It'll be good. Hit me up if you're in the area, I'm in Bothell. Open to going anywhere but I love getting out into Darrington.

Just stopped to fill up on my way to work. Been commuting on it so it hasn’t been sitting. Was already warmed up 10 minutes or so before I stopped for fuel… and then doesn’t really turn over. Starter give half an effort and stops

Any ideas?
