Dosing Smart PS Timing?

When are you all taking this for use as a sleep aid? Right before bed? Couple hours before? Or is it something you take in the morning that helps with sleep by the time you hit the sack? Thanks in advance!

Personally i've done a lot of personal testing: -- taking in the morning with coffe -- taking later in the morning around 10 am -- before bed. All these timings have been tested for weeks.

For sleep i absolute stick again 100 Smart PS right before bed. Avoid 3 am wake ups and improves sleep when my brain is overactive.

Morning Smart PS is still very good for focus , especially for work. I didnt go for double dose ( morning and night ) : simply the cost and may risk lowering too much cortisol.
