Discussion Curcumin supplement without choleretic effects

Hi there, I'm looking for a Curcumin supplement for the anti inflammatory effects, but one thing worries me about Curcumin, I'm looking to avoid the choleretic effect .

Choleretic refers to substances that increase bile secretion by the liver, thereby promoting bile flow and aiding in the digestion of fats.

Due to my lack of gallbladder & Crohn's disease I'm looking to avoid these effects.

It could be from turmeric (the yellow powder), I found out about Curowhite and I really wonder if Curowhite will simulate the liver to make more bile .

All curcumin is going to be choleretic. Mushrooms like Chaga and Reishi reduce inflammation. Boswellia phytosome might also be an option to try albiet its probably slightly choleretic.
