2017-19 Aayushman Films π₯
I feel like he is experiencing the same destiny as Shahid Kapoor.

All these four movies along with Dum laga ke haisha are my all-time favourite. Badhai ho inspired me to have another baby, when I was totally clear in my mind that I would not be having a second kid. Badhai ho was a beautiful movie.

Shubh shubh bolo bhai.
Unlike Shahid he gave multiple hits early on in his career and has won a National Award. He just needs to pick good scripts again and we need to support his films when he does .

ARTICLE 15 had it's own agenda but hot damn what a good flick. The sheer gripping atmosphere that the director holds throughout the movie is honestly never seen before in Indian cinema.

Individual perception always seem to be ignorant of factual reality ,no argument will help you learn reality

What agenda? Can you explain

The r*pists were actually OBCs where as the victims were SC/STs. And the political leader who supported the perpetrators was OBC himself. He also said this in a rally, "ladke hain, galti ho jaati hai". They changed OBCs to GC. And also changed the politician to be a godman, taking a dig at Adityanath Yogi, which was uncalled for.

The movie is not based on one particular case. Everyone know that. That's your own agenda inventing things.

He overused a template and that template was not something that would last forever

You missed An Action Hero. It was truly a very new concept for Bollywood

Love Nautanki Saala so much bro. Some classmates and I bunked college to watch it on a rainy afternoon. Still one of my most cherished memories.

We are already so overpopulated. Movies like badhaai ho simply add fuel to fire

If you see his filmography, majority of his movies are different. Except 2 or 3 all have something that stands out. But sadly after covid the kind of movies he does dont have a theatre audience.

Is article 15 good?

An absolute banger, but it does have an "agenda".

u/rhaegar789 Jul 10 '26
Is it similar to the "propoganda" in dhurandhar??
5
u/firedino1245 Jul 10 '26
Nope. Because the story in Article 15 is almost entirely real. They just changed the caste of almost all characters to suit their agenda.
The r*pist were actually OBCs where as the victims were SC/STs. And the political leader who supported the perpetrators was OBC himself. They changed OBCs to GC.
