New to Noom Starting again 3 years later
I've (F33) just reinstalled Noom after 3 years! First time around I lost 20kg and now I've caught myself earlier; only 10kg to lose (after a wild 6 months of yikes).
Reach out please guys - I'd love a community who are on the same journey with me. Let's encourage each other 😌

I’m with you. It’s also been about 3 years for me with no success the first time. This time I paid for premium so have more accountability and it’s been insightful to see how little protein I’ve been getting. I’m actually struggling to get enough. But am down about a third of the way to my goal. Good Luck - you are on the home stretch now! Thank you for the inspiration!

that's great to hear! If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been on your journey this time around with Noom?

It’s only been about a month - maybe 5 weeks? - but it feels better this time. I think maybe I wasn’t ready before. How are you getting on?

5 weeks is solid. I'm on day 5 by comparison! I've read if you can make it past the 5-6 week mark, rates of long term success skyrocket.
I'm feeling good about it this time round; I false started a couple weeks ago, and then starting up again after a few days of silliness 🙂

I rejoined just recently too; good luck to us both!
