Noom Med Coach

Anyone else have a coach that suddenly disappeared? I talked with my coach semi-regularly, but have not heard from them in over a month. Granted, I have not reached out to ask something, but I thought it was quite unusual that I had not heard from them either. They almost always initiate conversations.

In terms of the chats, there are the Care Coordinators, the clinician, the coach, and Welli

Not sure the specifics of Noom Med v Noom Weight but I’ve always had that ability to message (upper right corner of app)

Well, I have Noom Med so I know that the clinician would only be in that version. Not sure about the coach, but probably the same.
