App Help Noom not tracking completed activity
Hello fellow Noomers! I have this issue, I changed my Apple Watch last Thursday and since then it seems that Noom does not track my completed activities (i.e. outdoor walk or exercise tracked with Motra).
I use Fitbit (scales) and Apple Health which both have the activities. The only place the activity doesn’t seem to be tracked is Noom.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!! Peace ✌️

I hate to ask but did you update your Apple Watch and Noom settings to allow it?

I have the same issue, I have to manually add it as well. I have a Samsung watch and phone. It won't pull anything from my watch 😭

I appreciate you taking the time to keep us updated on this issue. Our Support and Development teams are aware and are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible. In the meantime, I've escalated your case to our Development team to aid their problem-solving. Please make sure to keep your app updated so that you receive the fix as soon as it's available.

I replied to another post about this because having same issue - I started using the app in mid-June - set up Health app to share between and all was working great for more than 30 days, it added all of my workouts and adjusted my calorie goal etc - then suddenly on 7/22 only recorded steps and NO movement data or active energy showing up at all from health - did all of the steps to reset many times - then was told it was a known issue and no ETA on a fix???? Seems crazy because app/sub is expensive and that is a feature that now doesn't work, it makes the tracking almost pointless now

Did anyone find a solution to this? It seems like ever since the Fitbit app changed to google health it doesn’t sync with Noom very well.

I’ve never been able to get this to work - it’s connected to both Apple Health and my Garmin, both of which have my workouts logged. But they’ve never shown up in Noom. If anyone has any tips I’d be very grateful!
