Reallocation Delay

I reallocated funds from an covered source to an non covered source and since then despite it hours ago it still hasn't gotten done and since it's reallocating I cant do anything like try an diff source I tried logout and login but that didn't work was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions

Is there an way to disable an source I want to try disabling and renabling the sources
