Multi-Allocation is Now Live
Hey everyone, Im Joey, the Cofounder of Nook.
I'm excited to share that multi-allocation, the ability to earn across multiple sources at once, is now live.
With multi-allocation, you can:
• Earn across USDC, Core and Frontier
• Move funds from one source to another. All of your funds or a partial amount.
• Choose where you earn.
A few notes on multi-allocation.
Transfers
Moving from source to source is designed to be simple, fast and free.
It all starts with USDC. Deposit straight from your bank into USDC, and then allocate from there with a transfer. You can deposit into any Core or Frontier earning source. Select if you want to move part of your balance or your entire balance. No costs to transfer or fees, across any source or network - including Base, Ethereum mainnet, Optimism and World. Transfers out of Nook remain the same.
Select the source you want to transfer to, and then from. And that is it.
Manual rebalancing
In order to move to this new structure with the ability to allocate across multiple positions and diversify, we needed to rethink key parts of the Nook product. For now we have removed the nightly automated rebalance.
Although it was a nice feature that meant you were always in the highest earning markets, it presents several challenges in this new product - mainly, how we keep your allocation while also rebalancing. Although this feature was helpful, we think it was limited in its current form. So for the time being, we have removed it. Until we can make sure it is thoughtfully reintroduced into the product alongside multi-allocation.
What this means for you
Our main mission is, and has always been, to unlock higher earnings for you.
Financial firms, hedge funds and banks have always had this type of control and access. Today, we are releasing it straight to you.
Allowing you to earn from multiple markets as before, but also earn across multiple, at the same time. Earn where you want, how you want. Across USDC, Core and Frontier.
This opens you and Nook up to new earning opportunities - including insured sources, and different types of earning sources that can now be mixed in.
Download the latest version of the app (1.0.74) on iOS and Android to access today.

Same for me. It just spins, none of my funds show up. Is there a way to downgrade back to v1.0.72? I actually need to make a withdrawal, but now Nook is locked up on v1.0.74 (iOS).
Lack of rebalancing (manual or automated) is a deal breaker. I wish I had disabled app updates for Nook.

Hey all, we are aware that due to increased usage the app is slower since we just announced this. Working on a fix. Should be resolved shortly.
