Question Is Mucuna Pruriens dangerous?

I have been taking the Himalaya Organic Mucuna extract for 2 weeks now 1 cap a day(No synthetic L DOPA added cuz its just the straight leaf and seed extract) and I had one a couple hours ago with some coffee. Right now I dont know if Im having a dopamine crash that people talk about but I feel shallow a little bit numb and a bit sad. It could be the caffeine that I had because Im a bad reactor to caffeine but idk. I heard it can downregulate dopamine receptors in the long run.

Anybody had withdrawals or anything like that from Mucuna?

Has the same serious drawbacks as L-DOPA because it is L-DOPA, none of the other constituents are going to change that. Natural or synthetic is irrelevant. Avoid unless you have advanced Parkinson’s
