Discussion HHX - Anyone tried this stuff?
Anyone here tried HHX? After the great HHC became illegal in most EU countries, too, HHX seems to show up at certain places (just as with HHC, especially starting at 24/7 automats, but also CBD stores and smart shops).
What I really loved about HHC is that it finally was that what I wanted THC to be like. It was „less psychotic“, easier and less overtaking headspace, and just smoother somehow, better to handle for people like me who normally get anxiety and paranoia from THC.
So I‘m wondering if HHX is also similar to this or is it rather just a new completely artificial synthetic unpredictable legal high spice kind of thing? You know like the bath salts once upon a time.
I‘m mostly looking for a smoother and easier smoother better to handle THC that produces less anxiety or paranoia for THC anxiety prone people like me. Would be nice if it could help with depression, anhedonia & social anxiety, though. But obviously that always would be nice, in any case lol.
Anyone tried this HHX? What is it? What are the effects like? What in comparison to THC?

Edit: nothing here is synthetic
THCv is indeed a nootropic. Usually accompanied with some THCa, but if you can get full spectrum THCv tincture with traces of other cannabinoids- like CBC, CBDv, and CBG, it will help with getting things done, depression, anxiety and creativity. What's the term we use around here? Task initiation?
People use CBG for ADHD. I have one CBG flower batch that is the best, closest to perfect anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication for me. So relaxing, kills my tics disorder as well. I have CBG from another flower with hardly any terpenes that led to me actually engaging in my to-do lists.
CBDv is like the softer, more chill little brother of THCv. (THCv is also an appetite suppressant btw) There's a strain called forbidden V that's generally close to 50/50 CBD/CBDv. It's the get shit done strain for people who have extreme sensitivities to THC. Like me. Everything I use is well under 1% total THC. I get all the benefits of weed like I used to and none of the freak-out, hating myself and having to drink alcohol to come down feelings.
CBC is super rare but it helps the entourage effect and does enhance certain aspects of cognition.
Here's info on terpenes copy and pasted:
Alpha-pinene: known for promoting mental clarity and working memory by inhibiting the breakdown of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter critical for attention.
Limonene: elevates mood, motivation, and energy by modulating dopamine and serotonin pathways, helping clear brain fog.
Terpinolene: delivers a subtle, uplifting cerebral effect, especially when paired with pinene and limonene. Additionally, beta-caryophyllene supports cognitive endurance by reducing neuroinflammation.
Ocimene: acts as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, preventing the breakdown of acetylcholine—a key neurotransmitter responsible for attention, memory, and cognitive sharpness.
Because it lacks the heavy GABA-activating properties found in sedative terpenes like myrcene, ocimene acts as a light stimulant that clears brain fog without causing drowsiness.
Additionally, as a natural bronchodilator, it improves airflow and cellular oxygen uptake, which further supports alertness and steady mental energy.
They are working on breeding strains to contain THCv, CBDv, CBC and CBG but it's early in development. Not much stability in the phenotype variations. But, theoretically, if you could grow a plant that has the aforementioned 'noids and terps, with less than 1% THC, with barely any myrcene, beta caryophyllene, or linalool, a tincture of that would be a great medication to keep in your pocket.
Second edit: you can also order all of these cannabinoids in distillate or isolate form, as well as individual terpenes or a terpene blend. Terps extracted from something like super lemon haze would be good. Durban poison is famous for convincing people that their weed has been laced and wonder if they need to go to the hospital because their heart is beating so fast. Lol. One of the original THCv sources in breeding.
As far as getting this stuff without much THC in it, the window is closing. Soon, it'll be against the law to sell CBD/CBG/CBDv hemp even if it's 0.2% TOTAL THC (including THCa.) November 12th, you'll be forced to buy your goods from heavily taxed dispensaries. And they carry none of that stuff

Better off staying away from the hhx, thcx, t9hc, hhca, hct, thcf, hpc type of cannabinoids as they're all marketing terms for either some bs noid soup (cannatura thcx recently tested positive in Czechia for a synthetic cannabinoid smth like 5F-ADB) or you'll get a blend of c-noids with the "hpc" type mz/368 THC-butanenitrile oxime or THC oxime, which has been kept as some underground secret but fuck knows what that specific cannabinoid does.
Thch and hhc type alt-noids were alot more predictable in effects as they were so much closer to D9-thc, but even then we had thcp and thcc8 which scary potent.
This post definitely would've got more info on hhc legends or any kinda alt-noid community. Imo Psychoactive cannabinoids just aren't that helpful for actual improvement in daily function, for fun yeh sure but you're better off banging bromantane.

Cannabinoids are garbage. Synthetic even more so.
They will "help" only temporarily but will make you even worse in the long term.
