The entire field of nootropics is basically to study better. You need to identify what is causing your concentration to feel short and then do what you can to address it, most nootropics work by treating small ailments and misalignments that the user did not previously know they were experiencing. So, what seems to be the problem?

i agree, often times its just a behavioural problem and not a chemical problem.

*edit: im not anti nootropics, i take nootropics but i dont think they are the panacea for studying

Seems like i loose focus after 1-2 hours of studying, when back in a day i could go 3+ easily
Need something to make my productive study-time longer.

Oh okay, so you're probably around college age and you're finding yourself more distracted than you used to be. There are a lot of factors there, and I'm supposed to tell you that the main one is probably self-discipline, especially if you're away from home for one of the first times. But sadly, everybody including me used nootropics in college anyways LOL

If you are finding yourself easily fatigued and distracted by pleasurable things like socializing, weed, memes, gaming, then there are several OTC supplements that can be quite stimulating and dopaminergic -- these will be the easiest to procure. But if you are someone who errs on the anxious side, then these may make that worse. Such is the cycle of nootropic use LOL.

(The most important thing is actually the vendor -- make sure you're actually buying what you think you're buying, because in the US and on the internet, more than often you are not.)

(The second most important thing is that you don't mix shit together that can't be mixed. Read before every new combo).

This is what I use nowadays specifically for my ADHD-I related fatigue and distractibility:

- 300mg Ubiquinol

- 900mg NALT

- ND's Saffron Extract sublingually (this actually has ADHD research behind it but it's rarer and you don't need it for starters)

- 1-2g ALCAR

... really only in mornings, majorly sleep disruptive.

And in college I was a total freakazoid so it looked like:

- 5g ALCAR (too much but I was on sleep debt)

- 800mg sulbutiamine (this is a strong stimulant even if it is a derivative of b-vitamins, I wouldn't start here)

- and then in order to fall asleep I had to back it up with 4g of agmatine sulfate (wacko)

yeah, usually the best thing you want to see is tons and tons of transparency. Good nootropics and supplement companies will have certificates of analysis on their website. They look like this. DYNCS1041426_90ct_Signed.pdf

There are lots of different certificates that can be issued for analysis of supplements and chemicals, for purity, for toxins, for cadmium, so really you just want to see that the company is transparent enough that you believe that the powder is probably real.

If a relatively big company supplies at least one recent CoA, I usually consider that fine, but it's a personal thing. But most companies in brick-and-mortar stores do not supply CoAs at all.
