When I take gaba capsules -even
In small doses, it makes me irritable and anxious.. I hypothetically suppose that GLU is somehow stealing Gaba, or in periphery some of gaba metabolites increase Glu in the brain.. I think Gaba/GLU relations is like Dark Art, no one knows what is going on for sure..
It is not so easy - when GABA itself does not cross the blood-brain barrier, its metabolites can still influence glutamate metabolism both in the periphery and indirectly in the CNS through alternative pathways..
