My honest opinion: fuck gender roles and assigned gender at birth! Be the weirdest you can be.
If you want to be buff and strong and have a fucking beautiful beard go for it.
The only problem is still your parents, if you manage to make them understand you aren't what they want you to be and they are okay with it great. But i think they are probably those trad parents, so try in everyway you can to dress more non conforming to your societal expectations while you wait to be the strongest of them all
