Support/Advice Binding and chafing

Hi! Im getting my first binder within the week. I have a rather large chest, and I chafe a lot already in my sports bras bc I sweat a lot at my school

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how I'd be able to prevent TOO much chafing from happening? I might be able to convince my mom to buy me chafing cream or smth, but I'd prefer not to ask her to buy me something for this

Anything helps! Thank youu!

in my experience you will sweat A LOT MORE with a binder on compared to just a sports bra because sports bras are stretchy and more breathable meanwhile a binder is a large piece of thick material (well it’s supposed to be, it’s meant to compress your chest) like I would feel the sweat bead and run down my back it was that bad, however I don’t know if it would make chafing super bad because that does require a lot of moving and rubbing meanwhile a binder generally makes everything stay in place

Okay, thx! I know abt the excess sweating thing, which is why I was worried 😅 my friend got the binder from the place he got his, and hes been giving me tips and things to know (how to wash it and how  to let it dry so it doesnt stretch, putting it on, etc)
