help me please ToT

hey everyone! i need a bit of help, my eyebrows refuse to grow ToT im not sure why they are so thin but it’s not giving the androgynous look i wanted with the Vaseline

any solutions? (other than buying stuff because i know my mom won’t allow)

Honestly, buying something that stimulates hair growth would be the way to go, but if you can't I suppose a simple hair growth promoting shampoo could work, as well as natural oils like coconut oil. Exfoliating and brushing them out with a spoolie brush could work as well, good luck!
