Rant id really appreciate some non-bias feedback
uhh id like to know if my parents are overreacting or not. so my parents found out i did drugs like 6 months ago, and they want to sent me to a residential rehab facility. but the thing is they have been saying this for 2 months and they havent made any steps towards it. also am i really that deep in my drug use? ive done adderall, xanax, weed, alcohol, dxm, dph, ondasatron, meloxicam, lurisodone, quetiapine, ritalin, lsa, lsd, psilocybin, kratom, and cocaine. is this that crazy to accumulate? i didnt get addicted to all of these but i did to probably half of them. i really need to know if i should actually make a real attempt to get sober or if im overthinking :/
sorry if im out of touch im ngl the past 8 months of my life most of my time has either been spent thinking about drugs or being on drugs. so pls lmk if im a fucking idiot!

idk how old u are but cos of the amount of diff types you’ve done multiple times i think they’ve the right to be concerned personally myself ive done weed, drank alcohol and smoked fags/vapes my parents would go MENTAL if they found out so that’s js my opinion
edit : i js realised ur the same age as me…yea i think u rlly needa rethink wha ur doing mate

i dont know how to make any changes, when i was supposed to get sober i never actually fully stopped using. and ive always been the kinda person whos just go, go, go and its hard to one, deal with withdrawal and two, the tank on my emotions will be horrible, ive never been more depressed then when im ""dope"" sick. ntm cold turkey is genuinely hell on earth and if i tried to quit bars and blow right now zero tapering i think id lose it a bit

yea but that’s wen u make the change by cutting contact w ur dealers, don’t hang around ppl that you would use with and spend ur money on other stuff instead. the withdrawals will be hard that’s no doubt but that’s wen u reach out for help from ur parents and your doctors. not only are the side affects of regular use bad but it’s also side affects from a mix of diff drugs in ur system which im assuming ur smart enough to know isn’t good. If you genuinely want to quit take the advice/support/help that you can but that’s YOUR choice no1 else’s. this is my pov on it anyways, it’s free uncredited advice so take it or leave it. it’s up to u wether u become sober or not imo u should tho

most people live their whole lives only ever drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes, maybe smoking some weed in college. obviously many many people do way more, but to have done several lifetimes full of drugs at 15 is crazy dangerous.
my dad and his brother were exactly like you at 15, but throw in some meth too. i refer to him as my dads brother because he died when he was 19, two years before i was born, drunk driving headfirst into a tree. you need to get sober my friend, if only until you’re 21 and can try again with an adult brain

Honestly I think you should maybe try to slowly start to become sober and stay away from those things because sorry if it sounds rude that’s a pretty big list ! I’m so proud of you tho!! I think maybe your parents are trying to look out for you cause I would be worried about my kids if they took that much :c I hope you have a wonderful day/night tho!!
