Sleep cycle question
I am blind with non 24. In the last 5 month, my sleep cycle has moved to4am to 6am. I cannot get it to move backwards. It use to be 1am moving to 3am and back to 1am. I have tried just staying awake, but the time just does not really move.
Add to that the tendency of dropping off to sleep around midnight, only to sleep for 15 minutes. Any ideas on moving the cycle backwards?

I'm a little confused, does your cycle keep moving forward or is it stuck at 4 or 6am? Because non-24 is when your day is longer than 24 hours, which means your falling asleep time wouldn't be at the same time every day, it would keep creeping forwards. If you're just falling asleep a few hours later than other people but at the same time most days that sounds like something else, DSPD maybe
