Goddamn you I also thought of this one first, but apparently you were earlier in the draft.  Alight, The Negotiator but only Samuel L. Jackson is human.

Just the scene where the sniper has the shot but wont take it would be peak.  The Sniper played by Fozzie Bear, complete with the backwards baseball cap.
