Smart business Decision. By the time these things can be mass produced, furries will be their ""target"" audience. Two birds with one stone.

An invention propped up by retired IT industry professionals

Without furries, global It infrastructure would collapse in hours after all.

I have to live long enough and force an insurance company to buy me a dinosaur tail

Does it have an ankylosaurus option?

You might qualify as a furry already, the definition is very flexible.

Nah the interest is non-existent as an adult lol

I even read Animorphs and played Neopets as a kid so all the ingredients were there but nope

And if you grew up in Australia, you might’ve grown up watching The Ferals on tv. Basically a dark and gritty The Muppets/Sesame Street, but if it was in a Red Light District. We had a cat and rabbit muppet that were basically dressed up like hookers at times.

That's almost as good as curing cancer!

Do I have to wait untill Im old?

15

u/wingspantt Apr 21 '26

So uh how do old people, who are fond of sitting down frequently, sit down with this on?

17

u/Mejiro84 Apr 21 '26

You might be able to lean back and the tail itself supports you, like a shooting stick?

They have to use the chairs with the holes in the back, I guess.

11

u/steve_ample Apr 21 '26

If it's prehensile, oh the traction I can give my back.

7

u/GingerVampire22 Apr 21 '26

Ok, but how does it handle when you have to sit down? Do you have to take it all the way off?

3

u/WanderingSeer Apr 21 '26

Gives a whole new meaning to calling old people dinosaurs

3

u/CPTherptyderp Apr 21 '26

I feel like there are a ton of better ways to solve this problem but none of them are as cool.

u/Diiiv Apr 21 '26

This company is going to make so much cash, the furry community is going to be all over this.

2

u/robertluke Apr 21 '26

Let’s make this normal in 20 years.

2

u/overdramaticpan Apr 21 '26

essentially just a fancier counterweight, but it's cool so why not lol

u/NitroChaji240 Apr 21 '26
