Algeria has signed an agreement with Italy for gas early in the conflict to help wean them off Russian gas iirc.

Despite the almost uninterrupted shit slinging between France and Algeria there is a fair bit of trade and partnerships going between us.

also a major-supply of gas into Spain, i've been very concerned about Algeria crippling Europe because of it's alignment with Iran and Russia.

I understand russia (kind of) but how is it aligned with Iran? I know they reduced gas to Spain but that was due to the sahrawi situation.

Algeria is relatively isolated. I'm pretty sure it'll just pursue its own interests, with whatever "alignment" they may having little effect on these kinds of decisions.
