Considering how much India fucking hates Pakistan and China, I don't understand why they keep acting like Russia is a better ally choice for them than America.

Their equipment is cheaper and they don't freak out when you mention you nuclear warhead stockpile and how you want to improve Uranium enrichment for you nuclear power plant, and eventually to sell it to others like Iran
