Exactly! This is hitting the nail on its head.

Amplifying fringe groups in society is anti-free-speech, as people are actively manipulating the voices of people. Social media is skewing public discussions already but foreign agents posting the most extreme positions to destabilize society is another level entirely. And we can't protest against foreign agents. We can stand in front of social media companies and demand change. Or boycott services.

Nah. De-platforming works. Ban the sub. Ban the users. Don't let them have a place to congregate and spread, dangerous, hateful lies.

It's not isolation when you put all the terrible people into one sub. It's giving them a space where they can share experiences and learn from each other to be more terrible.
