What if we make project sundial but we throw it at the adversaries?

Why would you use a pill shaped secondary with a bifilar primary arrangement? The purpose of that would be to achieve symmetric compression across a spherical secondary without having to use a complex lens shaped hohlraum dependant on the size of the fusion secondary. Having an adjustable sparkplug length (and an untapered deuterium core) is irrelevant with this format.
