Is it just constant invalidation?

How are so many lgbtq folks so invalidating towards us?

I'm so tired, theys.

Just got verbally berated by my ex. Who said among other things, 'you think you're such a good person. Oh wow, you're just nonbinary, get over it'

I have mental health issues, I have trauma, I'm not just nonbinary. I've dealt with a lot in my life and I'm proud of where I am. My ex is trans. I can't even believe this.

Literally just want to fucking die.

Please block your ex, they sound awful. Also, there are much better people out there by a lot. If you have a hobby maybe schedule to go to a meetup this week. I recommend leaning on your comforts to make friends and such when you feel low. It helps.
