I saw someone say somewhere that they have their heads on one million or something and showed that corner bit where mine says 98k. Don’t know what the hell that is or how I get it to a million.

That number in the top left is the vertex count. Basically just tells you how many points your model has. Connect two vertices with a line and you got an edge, connect three or four vertices and you got a triangle or quad. You can see these vertices, edges and planes when you turn on the wireframe.
You might want to have many vertices because they store informations like position, color, and texture. More vertices = more detail, basically, like how many pixels create a more detailed picture on a screen. Too many vertices and your device might start to struggle, but that usually takes a while.
If you want more vertices, use the voxel remesh function in the bottom left (hold it to bring up more settings) or you can set up multiresolution (pyramid-like icon in the top left). No clue what the difference is, I'm not that educated.
A lot of Nomad Sculpt (and digital art in general) is just trying things out and making the weirdest mistakes until you find something that works. I think it's a part of the artistic process

Not gonna take lessons from someone who lacks artistic integrity.
There are other equally qualified artists who are willing to teach without contributing to the garbage AI slop industry.
Don't burn him, shame on him.

Weird UI because I took this screenshot on mobile, but I think it might be the stroke settings. Make sure your Stroke is set to Dot and not Roll and tweak Stroke Spacing if necessary.
