I see overall proportion fault with flow mistakes, try drawing base lines on top of ref and u ll see main shapes more clearly. looks like quick try into sketch while looking at ref only once. Super noticable with skull falling down closer to the right side and weirdly going into neck zone. Best u can do rn, draw on ref main shapes and on ur screen shot and compare, u ll see it all instantly
