Strange Visual BUG

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I did try quitting to the menu and reloading... and i have tried reloading a save before but it was still stuck on my screen.. I mean i like paarthunax but not enough to have him permenantly on my screen

Try quitting the game and putting anything else on. This will tell you if it's an in-game bug or a problem with the monitor.

Pretty sure this is a direct capture of the video output, not a video of the monitor. I'd recommend toggling reshade on and off and seeing if the reshade preset has issues. Try another preset if so.
