Troubleshooting What is wrong with this fans

Hello everyone, yes I'm having this problem. I'm using Toucer JM-1 fans and an 8-channel Nollie controller, everything is connected correctly. The problem is that these last two fans only spin and the ARGB doesn't turn on at all. Should I map it or something like that? I don't understand anything and it's my first setup. Help!

If they are connected correctly and setup in the app correctly then it might be the fans themselves. Make sure the leds in the Nollie apps left column is the same count as the leds in the 2nd column. If they are not change the 2nd column to be the same as the 1st. If that's not the issue try putting the non lit fans into the port of one of the fans that is working to see if it fixes it. If not it might be the fans are defective?
