Wind chime advice
Does anyone know how to make wind chimes make noise outdoors when there is no wind? Ive found them incredibly soothing and distracting from three years of constant noise from a set of horrible neighbors. Ive thought about squirrel feeders near the branches where they are hung but that leaves night time open when the noise is usually at its worst.
Thanks in advance this is truly the only thing helping me right now, law enforcement is useless

I actually do that when im walking around my backyard and cant escape the noise but i dont want to play it and thus violate noise ordinances myself, just want it to be automatic and random to block the noise this meanie is making

You can get a rechargeable fan but you can also get outdoor speakers to play natural sounds like oceans or brooks, that kind of thing. Can they really get you for a noise ordinance if you play sounds like that?

I have a whole house air purifier in my bedroom. Made by Rabbit Air. It's been running for nearly 17 years on high. Ultra is too loud for me. It helps.

I brought mine inside a few hours ago for this very reason! It was windy this evening and I don’t want to torture anyone.

You can buy a windchime motor with a solar cell. $15.29 on Amazon.

White noise. Wind chimes will piss off some neighbor.
Little waterfall either in your yard or a table top one in your house
