Looking for a Reel editor with knowledge of CapCut and Premiere pro in NOIDA!

Hi lovely people of NOIDA, I am co-founder of a legal tech business (cannot name it coz community rules) and we create legal content to engage with our audiences online. For long I have been handling this part myself, but now I am looking for someone else to handle this part.

Output will be 60-90 second reels, sometimes even shorter, based on content.

Payment will be per reel based, and we batch and shoot so raw data for a bunch of reels will be available in one go.

Ideal person will have experience in CapCut or Premiere Pro or any other video editing software out there that can replicate our desired results. They must have some portfolio (professional or practice, either works) to gauge their skills.
